We offer two versatile function rooms, accommodating from 2 to 100 delegates, making us an ideal choice for both small gatherings and large-scale events.
Perfectly situated in Teesside, the hotel benefits from excellent transport links, with Eaglescliffe Train Station just a short walk away and Teesside Airport nearby.

Yarm Suite
The Yarm Suite is perfect for a smaller gatherings.
It is a lovely and spacious room in a neutral colour scheme of cream, grey and navy. The Yarm Suite is right next to our hotel bar and opens out onto our Courtyard, which is glorious in the sunshine and a great place to relax in the summer months.
Bramhall Suite
The Bramhall Suite is our largest function room, perfect for a larger corporate showcases.
Comfortably seating up to 80 people on 8 round tables of 10 with space for a dancefloor, or 100 people on straight tables. This room is well equipped for a chairty dinners with its own private bar.

The Birdcage
The Birdcage is our onsite resident’s restaurant which has become an enormously popular addition to The Parkmore. We host gatherings in here on a large table to the side or we can offer exclusive use of the space (subject to availability) at certain times of the day/week for a minimum of 35 people.
