Located just up the road from the picturesque town of Yarm, The Parkmore Hotel is an elegant and contemporary venue that hosts all sorts of meetings, functions, weddings and more!  

The Parkmore has two function rooms onsite as well as popular restaurant, The Birdcage. We can cater for events from 2-100 people and aim to be as flexible as possible with your requests.   

We are half a mile from Eaglescliffe train station, 10 miles away from Teesside Airport, have great links to the A19/A66 and plenty of free car parking for your guests.  

Yarm Suite

The Yarm Suite is perfect for a smaller celebration, from private dining to Christenings/Baby showers and birthdays.

It is a lovely and spacious room in a neutral colour scheme of cream, grey and navy. The Yarm Suite is right next to our hotel bar and opens out onto our Courtyard, which is glorious in the sunshine and a great place to relax in the summer months.

We can fit up to 30 people on a large oval table which is great for private dining, or up to 50 people on 5 round tables seating 10 people each for larger groups celebrating a Birthday, Christening or Baby Shower.

Bramhall Suite

The Bramhall Suite is our largest function room, perfect for a larger celebration such as weddings/ milestone occasions and corporate showcases.

comfortably seating up to 80 people on 8 round tables of 10 with space for a dancefloor, or 100 people on straight tables. This room is well geared up for a larger party, with its own private bar in the room.

With clean wooden floors and crisp white walls, you would be welcome to bring in your own decoration to dress the room up and bring in your own style.

The Birdcage

The Birdcage is our onsite resident’s restaurant which has become an enormously popular addition to The Parkmore. Serving Afternoon Tea every day from 12pm – 4pm, Lunch with option to add on bottomless prosecco, a la carte dining on the evenings and our delicious Sunday lunch.

We host many a Baby Shower, Hen Party and Birthday Celebration in here on a large table to the side or we can offer exclusive use of the space (subject to availability) at certain times of the day/week for a minimum of 35 people.

Conferences &

Corporate Events

Thank you for considering The Parkmore Hotel for your Meeting, Conference or Corporate Event – we have 2 function rooms available which can hold between 2 – 100 delegates. The hotel is brilliantly located in Teesside, with great transport links and close proximity to Eaglescliffe Train Station and Teesside Airport.  

If you have attendees that need accommodation, we can offer them preferential room rates, please do speak to us directly if you wish to discuss any group accommodation bookings.  

Our onsite restaurant, The Birdcage is available for a pre/post-meeting drink or meal and is the perfect location for working lunches or dinners.  

 

All conference bookings come with complimentary wireless internet access in the function suites and bedrooms, along with parking for up to 80 cars.  

YARM SUITE

The Yarm Suite is our smaller function room, located on the ground floor and overlooking our Courtyard, this space is ideal for meetings for up to 30 people.

BRAMHALL SUITE

The Bramhall Suite is our larger function room, this is an extremely versatile space with clean wooden floors, natural light and full heating/air-conditioning system. The Bramhall Suite also features a private bar should that be required.

We had the most magical wedding thanks to Rebecca James and the whole staff. Nothing was to much trouble, they made the place beautiful, served efficiently and quick.
