We also have a fully equipped gym & plenty of weekly fitness classes available for members, Non-members are welcome to attend our fitness classes for £5 per class, or sign up to our leisure club today and enjoy all the benefits of our spa & gym for a monthly or annual fee. Spa Etiquette
  • Arriving at The Spa
    When arriving at the leisure club whether you're a hotel guest or member, please remember to check in with the front desk.
  • Mobile Phones
    Kindly refrain from using your mobile phone in The Pool Area & Studios
  • Valuables
    We have Lockes in both the male and female changing rooms. You will need to supply your own lock. We do not accept responsibility for any valuables lost in The Hideaway
  • Health Matters
    Please do not use the facilities if you are feeling unwell. Stop exercising if you feel particularly uneasy & ask for medical assistance.
  • Children
    Children may use the spa & gym facilities between 8am - 6pm. The minimum age for entry to the facilities is 16 years of age. Children under the age of 16 may use the hotel pool if they are accompanied by a parent/adult.
  • Safety
    The max depth of the pool is 1.60 m. There is no lifeguard at the pool. Children may only use the pool if accompanied by an adult or parent/guardian.
